Don Juan Corzo, born in Colombia in 1969, was raised between this unique Latin country and Kentucky as a child and moved back to United States as a teenager, where he has been molded as a Texan with a worldly vision.

After finishing high school, the young man took up a few business ventures while holding a passion for visual expression in his early college years. He obtained a B.A. in Communications at the University of Houston, in Texas in 1998 and began surrounding himself with like minds that also had a passion for the world of media.

Don Juan earnestly began his career in print journalism and photography while still in college in 1997 and worked for several publications as a reporter and editor in the Lone Star state. 

After graduating from college, Don Juan expanded his craft by working in entertainment media including an Internet media company, a record label and radio stations, where he represented them online and maintained their written and visual presence.

Following his journalistic dream, he has also covered a variety of beats as a staff writer / photographer and as a freelancer for various English and Spanish language newspapers and magazines through the challenges and opportunities in the 21st century. In recent years, he captured the continent of Asia's essence through his viewfinder.

Don Juan C's Photography is a complement to a career devoted to expression through words and images, and which adds to his tireless work as a journalist and chronicler.
